She has specialised in complex trauma and mental health with children and families since 2007.

She Loves her Twins, her chocolate-coloured sausage dogs, her family and friends, walking, working on her wellbeing and watching 'Friends'. ​

Treasure Keepers is her 'baby' and having the privilege to run the service is one of the most important things in her life.

Jo is the Wonderful Person who keeps Treasure Keepers running smoothly day to day.

Jo strongly believes that therapeutic relationships that nurture, accept and encourage others lead to stability and success.

Jo has a talent of weaving her expertise in safeguarding and social work, her relational strength and her therapeutic knowledge into her day to day practice.

Denise Urbanowska
Administrative Support Specialist
BSc (hons) in Psychology including child development and cognitive processes.

Denise deals with all office and administrative management for Treasure Keepers.

She has previously worked in fast-paced settings in roles such as PA, Team Leader and Senior Advisor since 2001.

She loves anything purple, sewing/crafting, baking, being in nature with her family & dogs, paddleboarding, camping and stargazing around a campfire.​

She has certification specialising in assistance dogs for mental health.
Trudi Stock

Trudi has experience of working in schools and in private practice since 2017.

Trudi has experience of working with children who have experienced trauma, attachment and emotional difficulties.

She has a passion in empowering children to grow, develop and learn techniques to help their mental health and build trusting relationships.

Trudi loves walking, reading, spending time with family and friends, travelling, going to the theatre and her pet dog, Teddy.

Andrea loves spending time with her two teenage sons, watching them play football, spending time with her family, walking her rescue dog ‘Dusty', hiking out in nature and singing and dancing to musical theatre and Take That. She Loves the colour green!

Karen has worked with young people and families known to statutory services since 2002

She has worked with charities, residential homes, fostering agencies and in private practice. She was a senior mental health worker in a local authority fostering agency for 6 years

She has experience of working with children presenting with a diverse array of difficulties, including the most vulnerable children in our communities, those that have experienced considerable abuse, neglect, and loss

She loves her animals, walking by the estuary, live music (especially festivals), paddleboarding, yoga and body pump.
